New and Improved

I was off browsing Dual-Boxing the other day and I noticed a new release of Octopus. This is the software that basically shares the Keyboard across multiple instances of Warcraft. The new features added into this version make this an amazing upgrade.

Maximizer.

This was originally a standalone application that can be used to resize your Warcraft windows to allow multiple games on the one Display. This is now built in to Octopus. There is also an “Instance” option that allows you launch multiple instances of Warcraft with the click of a button. It will even fill out your account details.

Mouse Click Broadcasting.

The most annoying thing for a Multi-boxer is targeting AOE Spells. With a combination of Mouse and Mouse Click Broadcasting, this becomes if not easy, then at least manageable.

There are no doubt a few more features that I have yet to explore. If you are Multi-boxing, I strongly recommend Octopus as the way to go with a Software Setup.
