WTB Spec Help

Just to preface my spec questions, When I get to 70, I want a spec that I can PVE and PVP in. PVP isn't going to be a massive focus but it is still something I will play with. I also plan to do quite a bit of farming.

Mage.

I am not much of a Mage Expert, well not at all really, but this is what I was thinking for my Level 70 Spec.

Shaman.

I am having problems deciding between

Basically one gives me Totem of Wrath, a Stacking 3% Crit and the other gives me an instant cast every 3 minutes.

My Thoughts?

Well I personally like the Natures Swiftness build for the Shammy since it meshes quite well with PoM for the Mage Spec. I would guess that at level 70, that will be an instant 10K Damage Hit. More than likely I will also be triggering Elemental Mastery on my Shammies and a Spell Damage Trinket on all toons.

I welcome any suggestions from people, unlike myself, who actually know what they are on about.
