Here is a little summary of Tips and Tricks I thought I would share.
-
Lifeblooms Threat is divided equally into two parts. The first part is the HoT, the second part is the direct heal. The threat from the HoT goes to the caster and the threat from the direct heal goes to the target. If you (and the Tank) time a Lifebloom correctly, the tank will receive the healing threat from the Bloom. This can be risky if the HoT exceeds the Tanks threat before the bloom goes off. - Innervate is for Resto Druids and Holy Priests. Priests will get slightly more benefit from Innervate over a Druid. Shamans and Pallies..... miss out. Shadow Priests are a good 2nd choice as you will keep your Mana-Battery Charged.**
- Lifebloom needs to be refreshed every 6 seconds. This allows you to cast three other instant-cast spells between Refreshing. Ideally one of those would be a Rejuvenation, once every 2 cycles.
- Single Tank Rotation - Easy.
LB Tank, Rejuv Tank, LB raid, LB raid, LBtank, LB raid, LB raid, LB raid repeat. - Single Tank - Hard.
LB Tank, Rejuv Tank, LB raid, LB raid, LBtank, Regrowth Tank, LB raid, LB Tank, Rejuv Tank, LB raid, LB raid, LBtank, LB raid, LB raid, LB raid. - Double Tank Rotation.
LB Tank1, LB Tank2, Rejuv Tank1, Rejuv Tank2
LB Tank1, LB Tank2, LB Raid, LB Raid. - When healing a Raid Member, use Rejuv to cover sustained (eg. AOE) damage and Lifebloom for sporadic damage.
- Generally in Trash Fights: Salvation> Kings > Wisdom
- Generally in Boss Fights: Kings > Wisdom > Light, though on Agro intensive fights, Salvation would come before wisdom. For specific information, try out the Mana Regen Calculator.
- Cast thorns on your Tank, it is not much threat but every bit helps.
Finally I will touch on a nice little Mod. Evocation2 is great for Druids and Non Druids alike. Basically it will swap out your weapon when you use innovate and under other conditions that you can set up. Get it here.

** When I say "Innervate is for...", I am pointing out what classes will gain the most benefit from Innervate. Shammies and Pallies will still obviously get some benefit from an Innervate, though not as much as Priests and Druids.

Have you ever read the WowWiki lifebloom article comments? They tested very carefully and found that the bloom from lifebloom is threatless. I'm not sure how everyone came to think that it puts threat on the person healed.
I wish I had the latency to pull off your rotations. I'd lose stacks trying to use 3 GCDs between lifebloom refreshes.
I didn't know that about lifebloom, I was sure the threat went to the tank.
As far as the rotations go, they mostly work for me and they are very simular to those used by Phae, http://www.resto4life.com/2007/12/10/mailbag-tree-tactics-101-from-bigtoy-of-chogall/
The bloom from Lifebloom is not threatless. It gives threat to the person receiving the bloom. So if it blooms on the tank and they are healed by it (and only that which is not overheal), they gain healing threat. If it blooms on the druid who casts it, then they gain healing threat. It is like Prayer of Mending.
