Is this a Blizz Ad Service?

Checking the forums today and I noticed I had to click back twice to go back one page. Then I noticed the tooltip.....

I checked the site and it is an add service. So what's the deal? Does anyone else see this?

EDIT: Ok, I have looked into this a little more. It isn't an Ad Service but it is a Tracking Service. This site can see where you go and what you look at. I guess it is one way to see the demographic of Warcraft Players. The main thing is, aside from those you like anonymity, it is harmless.
