One of the things I would do IF I was still playing wow is spend some time doing Old World Content. Our friendly neighborhood Gnome agrees. There are a few reasons for doing Old World Content. There are several reasons why I would do this as well.....
Tiered Sets.
In Vanilla Wow, my guild was half way through BWL. I had my full T1 and I think three or four pieces of T2. I would like to get all my toons in their T1 and T2, though this would take a lot of time waiting for the right drops....
Legendaries.
It would be cool to collect a Wind Sucker or Hammer of Rag just for looks. Again, this would take quite a lot of time but would be a great reward for the time spent.
Mounts.
Farming for rare mounts would also be fun. It would be nice if each toon had his/her own rare mount.
Achievements.
Specifics?
So what do we get out of each Instance?
Onyxia - T2 Head.
MC - All T1 and one T2, Legs I think. Hammer of Rag. Both Bindings of the Windseeker.
BWL - Rest of T2. Elementium for Windseeker.
ZG - Zandalar Tribe set. Tiger and Raptor Mounts. Polymorph Spell.
AQ20 - Cenarion Circle set.
AQ40 - T2.5 Set
Kara - First boss for chance at Mount.
Sethekk Halls - Raven Mount.
Strat Dead - Baron's Mount.
The Eye - Ashes of Alar flying mount, from Kael'thas.
Doom lord Kazzak - One Minute Fight, 500g.
Blocks?
I am not sure how many blocks a boxer would have. I am pretty sure AQ40 would be too hard to 5-box, especially Cthun. I have read of Boxers getting up to the Twins, though the MC on the first boss is a pain. I know that I would need a +1 for the first boss in BWL to control the Dragon. From what I have seen, the rest should be fairly easy. Somehow I doubt I could 5-box Kael'thas but would love to get that mount.....

Old World Content
I guess while we are there we might as well pick up all the achievements as well.
